Timestamped Evidence Capture
Video and GPS are captured in all states. Audio recording is jurisdiction-aware — video-only by default in all-party-consent states. Every file is SHA-256 hashed on-device for chain-of-custody integrity.
Imminence-Safe Capture Mode
Optional mode that defers recording until after the threat has passed — so the act of documenting can't be used against you. Evidence begins when you're safe, not while you're deciding.
Attorney-Privileged Debrief
Once you're safe, Guardian guides you through a structured debrief designed to connect you with your attorney through a privileged communication flow. Your words stay protected.
